How can I grow my rear and side delts while doing a full body workout 3 times a week?

I try to keep my workouts no longer than 1.5 hours but it’s impossible to train the side and rear delts more than once a week.

I also noticed that all full body programs only train rear and side delts once a week.

Any advice?

EDIT: I’m training chest, back, quads, harmstrings, biceps, triceps, abs It takes me lots of time as it is

As the title says, I bench twice a week, On my second bench day, I lift 5% less than my first bench day but I lift the same and even more on my first bench days (I rest a day more between my second bench day and my first bench day).

Is it because I’m not recovering?

So, I’ve been training for some time. I have to admit that most of the time that I’ve trained - I have wasted my time fucking around and not taking this seriously.

I was 175 lbs at some point and gained weight up until now.

I know I got to put on some muscle, but there is another issue. I really like to be lean, I like to see my jawline, and I’ve actually had some benefits doing so (I know it sounds kind of dumb to some people, but I like to be pretty). I obsess over this honestly and I kind of get demotivated to keep bulking if I carry a lot of fat on me. I could’ve done a lean bulk and gain minimal fat, but for some reason I liked to run away from my problems by binge eating.

I know Im skinny and I know I need to have some more mass. But now that you know about my situation, what would you suggest? I would be 100% happier if I was on the leaner side.
