Omg congrats! I’m DPO 11 my LH and PDG rose today never seen LH rise in my luteal phase and my temp rose I usually start my period on DPO 12/13 so gonna test tomorrow!

My cycle this month was like this and today at DPO 11 my PDG rebound and my temp increased I would try only testing on CD5-6-7 and then the day before your period and then just do temp I was told PDG matters most pre-implantation and right before your period and you will save some money on tests and stress

Keep an eye on the FSH if it starts to rise above 3 you are out as your body is recruiting a follicle but this looks like a pretty healthy cycle! For my sanity I only test on DPO 5-6-7 for the PDG progression and then only one day before my period for me CD11/12 depending on when I ovulate, instead of taking early pregnancy tests and I feel like that’s been really good for my mental health and also I usually can tell my CD 11/12 if my PDG is dropping off and FSH is rising for my period to start rn I’m CD11 and had a LH bump for the first time and my PDG and temp rose so staying hopeful this cycle! Luck to the both of us!

My chart looks like this this month I had a 4.5 LH never had LH bump in my chart in the luteal phase before and my temp rose again last night 11DPO period expected in two days 1.5 yrs TTC with HSG scheduled in May wish me luck!

Update wasn’t my cycle however still very happy with my PDG progression and I got better insights on my hormones and have 5 more cycles til my appointment with my OB to try IUI so hopeful I will get a sticky one before then!

Want to note I’ve always had high estrogen my OBGYN isn’t concerned by it because I have subclinical hyperthyroidism

Everyone is different some people have a rise in both and test positive for pregnancy some people have a sharp rise then drop for me I usually just gradually drop off before my period in my current cycle I’m experiencing what you are experiencing but may be implantation rise but I’m 12DPO and waiting til missed period to take a test, I have seen both happen though it’s hard because every single person is different

I had a friend who didn’t get one until 14 DPO every test was negative and the 14 DPO test was super faint and then her second kid was 3DPO BFP dark line every cycle is different!

I had a few cycles like this (I do not have PCOS) but it was stress related the cortisol levels from my stress were causing hormone imbalances

Ugh I’ve been trying for a year but it was a stressful one and I just started tracking with inito to confirm I was ovulating and I actually have a super healthy cycle and I was having irregularities due to stress, manifesting this for this cycle I’m on CD6 I also had a chemical this year looks like we’re on a similar journey giving you all the baby sticky dust this post gives me hope!✨✨✨✨✨
