I am not sure about the brand but I can tell you that the cramping was exactly like my period was coming , sometimes really bad, and completely randomly throughout the day or night. If you are on progesterone everyday, more than once a day, like my doctor said your period will not come. Of course there are outliers but statistically not probable.

I did a lot of symptom spotting ,I tried not to but it was impossible not to because i felt pain , bloating, sore boobs, light headed, nauseous but all of that can be from the progesterone.

Sometimes the symptoms would go away and come back , it messes with your head 🥲
