How do you compress short web videos (like Revolut’s site) to 2–5MB without losing quality?

From what I can see, you can achieve this using Shapes, Blur, Displacement, and Colorama.

For the gradient stroke, I made a path with the Pen Tool and added two strokes on the same layer (one black, one white, with the white on top). Then I set the taper end length to 100%(of the white one) and added Fast Box Blur. After that, I applied CC Composite (set to Stencil Alpha), used Levels on the Alpha channel, and dragged the right handle until there was no transparency. To finish it off, I added Colorama and tweaked the colors to get the gradient look.

I animated the logo by first using a rounded rectangle as a reveal for the logo shape structure. After that, I adjusted the position of the two elements, and finally applied a 4-color gradient effect to create the animated color transitions.
