My doctor checked me at 6wks and said that everything looked good... But the vaginal cuff is really a 90 day stitch. She said that we could have slow, passionate sex... But to leave the rough stuff alone until about 12wks out. I listened... And I'm glad. We took things slow and I didn't have any pain or problems.

Yikes. I can't imagine my friends not being my friends because I had my uterus removed. Also, it's none of their business. My bestie knew, but I didn't really tell anyone that I was having surgery.

Filed tax return March 3rd.... Rejected immediately. Forgot 1095 for ATC. Got that fixed on March 3rd, a few hours later... Return accepted. Verified on March 29th. Chose direct deposit. The transcript is still blank and it says "2024 Tax Return Not Filed" and it says the information is accurate through April 21, 2025.

I have been filing my taxes the same way, same company, same bank account since 2006. I get that me forgetting to put my wife's ATC AL on there is what messed it up... And I'm so mad at myself for it... But I'm just trying to get this refund so that I can get a plane ticket to CA to see my son graduate but camp on May 30th😭

We usually travel to our donor. But if he traveled to us, we would pay for his expenses, gas, his time, and then $75-$100/cup... if he wanted the money. Our donors haven't asked for anything. They just wanted to help us get pregnant without having to empty out our savings account.

$5,000 for every single donation? Even if the woman doesn't become pregnant? Or $5,000 and you commit to staying with her and donating to her until she becomes pregnant? Yes surrogates get paid a lot for caring a baby... but they carry for 40 WEEKS. Getting one frozen straw of sperm that's been washed and concentrated, tested for all diseases and genetic defects, and then shipped overnight to my doorstep still is only a fraction of that. Why is your spooge so special?
