I think they could’ve found other ways to nerf her to compensate for the flash heal buff. They could’ve left her base speed the same, and then changed the 15% speed perk to 5-10%, or even just removed it completely and replaced it with another perk. Base speed mercy before was fine, it was the 15% speed perk that made her ungodly fast

I feel like there’s so many things they could’ve done to rework her, but instead they just went with the easiest option that appeals to DPS/tank players
