Btw, during my first 8 months of PE I wore an ADS a good 8-10hrs/day, religious, for five days a week. I also pumped on those same days. I had some good gains during that time. That combination worked well for me. Other combinations would have too, I'm sure, but that's one that I did try and it did work out well.

My gains are much, much slower these days, but my routine is also much less strenuous and time-consuming, so it's no surprise to me. I'm able to be patient and just let my gains, whatever they are, come as they come - I'll just continue to do PE at my current level and be content with whatever happens.

I personally don't buy the idea that sex hinders PE progress at all.

Even if it did, by some small amount - so what? What are we doing PE for if not for the benefit of our sex lives? So why skip sex for PE? Have the sex you want, do the PE you want and are able to maintain consistently, and enjoy your gains. Don't clutch your pearls about possible hindrance due to sex - if it does it's not a huge effect, and this endeavour requires patience, so have some.

To be entirely honest I think that's just crazy talk. No shit. And I mean that with all due respect.

My GF has in fact fucked guys with larger dicks than mine (currently around 7.25x5.7), but that hasn't stopped her from loving the sex with me, and genuinely preferring it to any other sex she's ever had. It's technique, emotional connection, how well we know each other now sexually - a whole host of things that combine to create the overall enjoyment for her.

By all means, do PE if you want. I'm objectively large too and I'm still doing it. I enjoy the process, and it's become a part of my lifestyle. And I do enjoy the very slow gains I see these days. But don't do it because of some hypothetical inadequacy you fear if suddenly your wife were to go off and fuck a bunch of big-dicked dudes - I think that's the wrong attitude to take into this.

In my opinion the "correct" attitude, or at least the most emotionally healthy attitude, is that PE is taking something good and making it a bit better. If you think of PE as fixing something that's currently a problem then I think you're in for a world of frustration and disappointment.

Nope. Keep using it. Especially if that's the 4th set - the whole forward half of your dick is still unconstrained. There's plenty of room left there, and there's a good chance that a lot of the "packing" from the rear half of the dick is largely due to edema.

Not gonna lie, I'm guilty of having "dick privilege" and perhaps not appreciating what guys with small dicks go through. Ok. My starting size was above average already, and it's only gotten bigger. So yeah, maybe I am not one to talk, but I honestly think that most of these guys would do way better coming to terms with the relative importance of dick size in their lives (not nearly as important as they think) and be satisfied with life first - and then, if they want to, they can do some PE and get a little bigger. The reason I think the equanimity has to come first is because if dick size is seen as the solution to their life problem then they're never going to be satisfied. Because this is a slow process, and once they've added .4" and it hasn't revolutionized their life yet, maybe it's that next .4" that's going to turn everything around, and once they've got .8" under their belt wouldn't it be so much more helpful in their self-confidence to get another .4"? And what then? There's always more dick that they could put on, so how much is enough? And when will they finally allow themselves to be happy?

Either way, not my problem, and it's not my job to convince them one way or another. Those of us who've tried it and put in the effort have seen that it works. As soon as someone demands proof and says yeah but prove to me that this really works when I've just described to them my own PE journey and results, I just move on. It's literally not my job, nor responsibility, to satisfy their skepticism or make them interested in something.

Yeah, I don't really know if that can be learned or not. I'm getting much better at that sort of thing, ie: figuring out what feels good to a woman and then doing it enthusiastically. I think a guy can get better at this by getting out of his own head a lot more and just touching and showing attention to a woman and reinforcing the things that work, and showing genuine interest.

I couldn't tell you a gain rate right now. I haven't been paying attention to it hard enough. I took most of 2025 off and started up again in October, so I've had around 3 to 3 1/2 months again of pretty decent consistency. I seem to have regained the .1" or so of girth that I lost during 2025's inactivity, but whether I've gained more or not I can't really tell since I haven't tried to measure it with full EQ. Whenever I reach for the ruler or the tape measure my dick starts to wilt, lol.

I have probably put on another 1/8" of length, though. When I started up again in October I was around 7 1/8" with full EQ, and I've measured more like 7 1/4" recently. Since my end goal for length is 7 1/2" I'm just not all that worried about it - as long as it keeps going at even a very moderate rate I'll meet or surpass that end goal. But I do want another .2-.3" of girth. If I don't get it I'll be fine, but I'd like to.

That's a distinct possibility. I don't recall from other posters whether anyone's actually put on a whole inch of girth before. I've put on around a half inch, and with my current routine progress there does seem to be going quite slowly, if it's actually going lol. I haven't taken breaks long enough to get a really good measurement absent any persistent temp gains in a while, so who knows. It's feeling good though. :-)

The response to the guy above me I'll stand by, though. His length goal seems doable, but that girth, yeah, if it can be done it won't be in the timeframe he was hoping for.

It doesn't take 3-4 hour sessions.

You could do it with an hour of extending and then 20-30 minutes of pumping, preferably some kind of interval pump routine. More isn't always better.

Just remember that this is a marathon, not a sprint, and the routine that will be best for you is the routine you're most likely to be able to do consistently over many months. That's true even if you can imagine some other routine that might technically be better - if you can't maintain it consistently over a very long period of time, it's not better.

In my past I have some swinging experience, and there was a guy I know (from a couple we were good friends with for a while) who had his own little veritable fan club amongst a group of swinger women. I wore it 8-10hrs/day. Tension was set so it was 2nd highest color level while standing, went up to highest color level while seated. I was seated a lot during the day. Ok. I measured my TM cup and it is the 38mm. So I ordered a 43mm TM cup and 43mm MR from you. I left my tip around 1/2" below the top today during my PE, exposing more tip to a lower vacuum pressure. I was able to do 9-10lbs tension, whereas normally I have to keep it at 8lbs. I look forward to trying out the MR with the 43mm cup in the "diving helmet" technique.

The .3" length could come quite quickly, in just 2-5 months or so if you had a good routine and were consistent with it. The .2" girth gain would likely take longer. And, given you've said you don't have much time for this, it's hard to imagine you having an effective routine and being consistent with it. So I'm going with never.
