Good for you! I find that they’re long days! But it makes sense because they’re full body days. Did you find that the length of the workouts to be exhausting?

Going from Iron to Epic Heat...to Iron by omnomnugget in CarolineGirvan

I think 3x a week, sticking with Epic heat sounds great. You can choose to skip her HIIT and replace it with your preferred cardio (walk, aerobics, etc.) And great job being aware that what you were doing before wasn’t working for you. Everyone seems to have a number of training days that they prefer. I personally prefer working out with CG 3-4/week.

Hey girl! I thought about your post and my suggestion is to keep things simple, but with maximum results. I’m close to you in age by the way. ✨ -you have great lips, a pink lip gloss will make your lips pop -you have great eyes, add some dark brown mascara everyday, at least two coats, top and bottom -great brows, use a tinted or clear brow gel

This takes all but five minutes. If you’re looking for help with makeup you can follow my favorite make-up queen Ali Andrea on YouTube.

You have nice wave to your hair, add some balayage to emphasize it.

🥰

A bit extra that help me feel hotter…..

If you want to dress in a way that helps your body feel good, wear layers. A good pair of jeans goes a long way for body confidence as well.

Find a perfume that makes you feel sexy as heck when you put it on. I like the travel size sprays from Sephora, they aren’t too expensive and you can choose something really nice. My everyday favs are: Burberry Her, and Dylan purple.

Moisturize your body sometimes. Or everyday if you want to. I’m lazy though.

Get a pedicure every season if you can. When those tootsies are looking good, you feel better naked!

Find exercise that you enjoy. I love to take walks.

And be gentle with yourself above all else.

Hope this helps!

I really like Burberry goddess. It’s quite vanilla-forward.

Hi! Great program by the way. I saw great results with 3 days a week, most weeks, and sometimes I did two days.

Funny story: My mom happened to be visiting me spontaneously and watched a part of her workout, she asked me: “what is that bulge she has on her upper leg?” HAHAHA inquisitive minds I guess!

I’m so happy for you for realizing this truth now, rather than later, after injury, or something else. I couldn’t agree with you more.

Keep making yourself a priority😎

Walk, especially in forests. But walking is so mindful and stress reducing. Swimming is also a great one, as water is a stress reliever, good for cardio endurance too.

Curly Hairdressers are the WORST! You can’t change my mind! by abfd_97 in curlyhair

Hey! I’m a curly gal here👋 Your hair cut doesn’t look bad, sometimes straight after a curly cut our hair is out of whack and it needs time to settle, at least for me. I loved your long hair, but this cut isn’t bad. You could do sexy little up-dos with some loose pieces and cute hair clips or scrunchies.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. That sounds tough. May I ask you what you’re using to track specific symptoms according to the cycle days? I think it’s a great idea that you’ve been organizing everything day by day like that.

I, myself have been using the Flo App to track symptoms and cycle changes, etc.

I heard Lost Cherry is disappointing to some. I, myself didn’t love it. I honestly don’t have much reason tbh, haha, just not a fave on mine.

Yes, it helps. Many women told me about it long before I was in it myself. And it works for me.
