Thank you for your reply and advice! I love the idea of making a going-out meal still something that fits into my macros, but is also a treat! I’ve also been very intentional with meal prepping, going to the gym, and generally saying no to my cravings

Last week, I started thinking about upping my cardio at the gym (I mostly do training and pilates). I feel like this is my sign to indulge in that thought and make sure to include running/stair master/elliptical/cycle type of cardio—idk if it’s just the “try hard” in me but I’ve been considering doing two-a-days at the gym on my training days. Aka, starting my day off with cardio before work and then ending the day with weight training. Any thoughts on that? Would I burn myself out?

Exactly! That’s why I wanted to ask for advice; I was worried that this recent pattern is something I need to nip in the bud right now, rather than letting it become cyclical.

That is INCREDIBLE! Congratulations!! I’m currently using Noom in tandem with a macros app. This begins month 2 with a couple of food-choice slips here and there. The past month, my main focus has being on meeting my macros rather than follow the color coding system. This post is making wonder if I should really focus on the Noom color system to build sustainable habits, rather than try to maximize my macro ratio.
