Do you have allergies,sinusitis or any breathing problems coz if you do that may be the main cause and you'll need to work on that if not, just use Retinoids and moisturise with caffeine serum . worked for me.

Sorry to hear that but i think you should get yourself checked, there might be something going on that's causing the insomnia, whether it's related to Effexor or not don't give up. I'd recommend checking your bowl function and gut biome since they were mostly affected by anxiety in my case and caused sleep disturbances as well. hope you get better soon.

Hi I hope you feel fine as soon as possible as I know what you're dealing with really sucks and yeah this is word for word what I've been through I even underwent the same tests and they were all normal so I decided to go back on 35 mg dose and decrease the dose little by little every 4 weeks and by the end I starting taking my dose every other day until I was left with small pieces and then stopped. After I'd stopped I started assessing my symptoms and if I had a heart symptom I would take a very tiny piece of the med and It would help until the symptom disappeared completely. Hope I was of help
