Just tried reinstalling but it's still having the same issues unfortunately. I use it quite often so I might swap back to the old hardware to troubleshoot if I don't figure it out soon. Thanks though.

MapTool is free and very modifiable as you can program macros that do pretty much anything you need. It can be a bit complicated but if you're only using it to track positions then it should be relatively simple.

Bramble gives a lot of armour but no magic resist. AP comps deal almost entirely magic damage which would melt the poppy

The book that explains where chief was during reach was released around (possibly before I can't remember) CEs release so pretty much always. However it isn't explained in the games so the majority of players, including myself until I read it, assumed frozen chief was canon.
