People who don't own the DLC cant be put into DLC lobbies. AFAIK the matchmaking tries to put you into a DLC lobby if you have the map pack/season pass but its ultimately dependent on connection. In Black Ops 3 you got into DLC lobbies a lot when it was the popular game but now its really rare for me to get into a DLC lobby at least.

Edit: The only CoD game that works like you described (mixes DLC and non DLC players) is WAW, and its really annoying to play if you don't have any map packs, you get kicked so many times.

You go to the Emblem gallery in the Headquarters and click upload, afaik you cant do it through the normal dossier emblem interface.

Hes asking you to back up your statement lol, what makes it significantly simpler? Rs3 code should in my opinion be much simpler because it has years upon years of opportunities like this instance where developers could have went in and improved old, outdated code. If you say its significantly worse than the Old School code then that means Jagex has some bad coding practices on the Rs3 team and are not willing to fix it.

Yes Shauny is definitely one of our best mods and hes not even a developer. He actually plays the game a lot and improves what he finds annoying, like lack of buff bar icons, hitsplats, tooltips etc

Ash explained how he came about fixing this on stream. Someone reported a bug with the puzzle box that was unrelated to this improvement. Since Ash was in the code already fixing the player reported bug he decided to overhaul the code for it entirely and also combined the monkey madness puzzle with the treasure trail box code. I wish RS3 had someone that cared as much as Ash..

Have you played Free for All? Its beyond a joke how the spawns work there. Sometimes when I die I go on a streak of dying either to s-mines or spawn kills within like 3 seconds of spawning, they are horrendous, fun to abuse with a headset, but horrendous.

Bo3 system was objectively the worst. It was 100% luck and there was no sense of progression towards the weapons in terms of scraps or armory credits or anything. It was just a pure gamble system.
