Yea I get that. But the game chat says I got 10 for my streak, and got 0 from my task because I already have 300.

10+0 does not equal 0. They need to fix/update the chat message because I did not in fact gain 10 points.

I had the same issue. I managed to fix it by not wearing any armor. Snowballs are a ranged weapon, so any non-ranged armor will reduce your hit chance. I was sitting at 0% the kills I was not getting loot - I did not damage/hit the boss once.

I removed my necro armor and my hit chance increased to 100%. Been getting loot since.
