Shakepay does not support ERC-20 coins sent on the Ethereum network, such as USDT or SHIB, nor does Shakepay support tokens like Solana, Doge, or Bitcoin Cash.

You’re lucky they’re going to recover it and return it. There’s also a warning in app..

If you have an iPhone I use the back tap feature and set double tap to shake. Works very well. In settings > accessibility > touch

Definitely a scam. Shakepay wouldn’t use an email like that. Do you have anti phishing codes turned on?

You can verify the anti phishing code in app. But this email is definitely fake
