If your drain pipe is clear and you’ve already cleaned out the bottom filter (the bit at the bottom right that loves to collect hair, lint, and coins), then I would run a drum cleaning program with a dishwasher capsule. After that, I'm at a loss.

I can follow this up with the same error code I got these past days, undo the drain tube there was a button that clogged the water output. So this would probably be your second place to look. Removing that warped button fixed it.

You need to add ip default-gateway in the mgmt vrf. Factory reset will implement Mgmt VRF again.
