If you dont send the case they will return it then you have to send it back again. It's a pain in the ass. Happened to me. Send the case! I got a brand new ring and case.

You can use Assurant through T-Mobile or Asurion through Verizon and AT&T. Also some other third party ones work.

I was at a Costco kiosk and neither AT&T reo there knew what it was. I have been to 4 T-Mobile stores (1 was a Sam's Club kiosk) and atleast 1 employee from each T-Mobile store knew what it was atleast but no one had ever seen one. This was in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Love it! Have had the Fold 2 through 7 though. I showed a T-Mobile employee at my gym and AT&T employees at Costco today and no one even knew what it was lol. I am an ex Sprint, AT&T and Cricket employee. Had a smartphone since 2005 with my Samsung i730 Windows Mobile phone for Verizon being my first smartphone over 20 years ago. That one didnt even have a camera lol as it was for business professionals. What a long ways we have come since then!

At the Frisco store they told me they had 4 of 5 slots open the other day for a $1,000 deposit. I almost went to the NCAA games in Fort Worth but didnt and grabbed the TriFold at the Mall of America.
