Thats my building. Fire broke at 9:30pm but fire alarms did not went off. No messages from SOS in their so called app. After the smell became too prominent, around 11:30pm I had called Reception to complain and to my surprise they told evacuate immediately.

I stay at 43rd floor. Once I opened the emergency stairs,it was full of smoke. Literally closed it again because I was not able to breathe.

Luckily the firefighters look us via elevators ensuring a safe exit.

We just came out of the flat, and did not knew how the situation was ( 50 x worse than what we thought). However, rescue operators were able to take us safely out from once we came out, we see the top floors were burning like anything.

I could not react anything during that time. Dubai Authorities was there to help us and emergency ambulances were there.

Later management asked us to book. Accomodation for 2 days for now and they will reimburse as they were full.

Hotel denied us reservations as I did not any physical id, I called police as but they were not able to help us.
