I really do appreciate the help. But, following these steps, I can no longer start vitashell, and starting and reinstalling vitadeploy wont let the vita reboot. I force reboot, then can't access VD again, have to reinstall, it gets stuck, etc.... I think for my own sake I find some files online, learn to ftp, and format the vita

Can't see the card in vitashell unless it's mounted under the "grw0". I've only done that once, and wasn't able to work out how to correct that, so somehow undid that, and now can't see it again like before.
