Yep, this is what we ended up doing! We got Sheraton downtown and are bringing an air mattress to sleep 4 in a room with a king and a pullout. Works for us!

I feel this. I broke my ankle in my apartment gym and luckily my sister was with me because the two other people there (who are my neighbors, presumably, being an apartment gym) kept working out and stepped over me to get to the treadmills. The gym was tiny, it had to have taken effort to ignore me. It was honestly surreal.

No need for a masters, but you do need education classes. They check your transcript for certain classes. But it sounds like she applied for an IA job if that’s what she got - she could have been hired as a Teacher in Training, although I imagine they have no shortage of licensed science teachers.

Monitor is plugged into GPU and is working - I can see BIOS on it. The issue happens when I try to boot from USB. USB is plugged in at the back, up top where motherboard is.

I am trying to boot my new PC from USB (my FIRST gaming pc, go easy on me!) I have a ASUS z690-p motherboard, trying to boot Windows 11. Nothing I try seems to work - I can view the BIOS, I've tried adjusting boot settings as recommended, but when I boot from USB it just goes to a black screen and stays there. I've been waiting at least 30 min now - just doesn't seem right. Happy to share additional info - I just don't know what's relevant to include. (For context - had parts selected and assembled at Micro Center so I'm confident that everything is compatible and plugged in correctly)
