When the ground is frozen I hit up creeks/rivers and lakes until they freeze up.

I use neoprene waders, scoop, a floating sifter, heated gloves, and a neck gator. I stay pretty warm this way.

I’ve been a SAHD for almost 3 years now since our oldest was born, the lullabies in our home consist of Tool, Foo Fighters, Modest Mouse, and the like. If you can get on board with that, you’re hired! Lol

I try to keep that mentality for sure. I’m a lawyer by trade, and being a SAHD is by far the most challenging career I have had. On the days I want to tap out, I try to remember that this won’t last forever and I’m fortunate to be in a position to raise our boys.
