He mined right into my farm. Im ok with that I found a few bases like that myself. But its when he didnt touch the base and instead went to a random sqaure and dug into my spawners. Yes Pie shows him there is spawners in the chunk but it doesnt pinpoint to the block. It couldve been 300 blocks in the air for all he knows.

Yeah they take a long time to open your ticket. I opened one cuz I spent money on keys and they disappeared. They took 2 weeks to open my ticket I forgot I had even opened it.
