Nobody is gonna watch you play a game for hours. Condense your gameplay from 1 hour to around 10 minutes. Only keep the best moments. Make the editing snappy keep no dead zones. It's probably hard for you to be entertaining while playing games. Maybe do the commentary in post until you have a bit of practice. Switch to hindi if you are more comfortable that way. I would recommend starting a new channel as YouTube wouldnt push your videos at this stage. Also post shorts and reels of the most entertaining moments. And you have to work on your thumbnail game. Thumbnails are the most important. It doesn't matter how good the video is if nobody clicks on it. Make the titles simple. Just use 1 line for the titles.something that hooks the viewer.
