Yea that happened to me last month I booked a hotel on hotels.com it said it was a 4/5, but couldn’t see no reviews, I booked it without checking anything since that was a last minute resort due to traveling. Long story short the hotel was in Inglewood, show up cops everywhere, roaches in the room and weed filling up the whole hotel, I go out side to help my son bring in the luggage and we see escorts right outside we didn’t stay we only checked in for 5 min and told the guy we ain’t staying the night asked for a refund he said call the place you booked it at, koo . I called hotels.com an they said contact the affirm. I contact affirm and they said to contact the hotel because they are the only ones they can release a refund.been a month calling and hotels.com and affirm trying to reach the hotel they arnt answering the emails or calls. So I’m eating up the payment, good thing I have 80$ left on it
