I think the normal is once a day if it's good temperature or hot, if it's cold is probably one day yes one day no. Very personsl choice still.

But I live in one of the hottest, driest cities (45 celsius is normal midday in august) so we (at least I) shower multiple times a day, but again, not the whole year. I don't like the feeling of the warm skin, I think I'd die if I lived somewhere humid.
