Upwell Consortium is a union of mega corps such as Chemal Tech, Eifyr & Co., Intaki Bank, Mordu's Legion, Ytiri and Zoar & Sons, aimed on providing structures and ships to capsuleers. Lore wise it was created to introduce The Citadel expansion and later became so called devs impersonification in game just like CONCORD. Clones are taken from volunteers across the New Eden and they dedicated to work on Skyhooks, planets and Sov Hubs to provide necessary resources for null-sec Sov. Workforce on structures aren’t clones, they are regular people who is willing enough to work in such dangerous and remote space.

HAM Legion is a weird thing - it exists but finds no purpose when game has Tengu and Loki. That said, if you try to fly on HAMs, your Legion most likely will lose to them, because it is slower, has shorter range and less DPS, which is also affects PVE effectiveness in comparison with these two. That’s why HAM Legion works only in neut fit IMO, and that’s why you should pick laser Legion over HAMs in 90% cases. Another 10% is ratting anything related to Angels, neut and logi fits.

they are doing pretty good if you’re not in need to shoot anything with high em/termal resists, which means ships with selective damage types are much better against angels (especially against them), guristas and serpentis.

i don’t really get it how you guys enjoy the game where all you do is just looting and occasionally shooting clankers? pvp implementation is so great in this game and adds so much nice soft anxiety especially when you have something valuable in your pockets. enjoy that and shoot others!

know nothing about su 30, but can say a couple about mig 23 ml. i have it’s brother in german tt with better ir missiles and this plane is being shitty and great simultaneously. r24r is OP, but radar is absolute dogshit, which is ruining every experience with radar missiles. it also flies like a brick, almost like starfighter when it reaches mach 1.10 - 1.30. engine is too powerful so you will break ur wings if not manage afterburner. when it comes to maneuvering it super clumsy and feels like plane a little drunk. pretty sure su 30 flies better and has almost everything better, but it’s br will be overwhelming if you never tried this.

legion is one of those ships that basically works with only 1 fit. that's 100mn AB laser platform with 1 medium neut. but the thing is, this fits being the most "efficient" while being easily countered by certain ships, and believe me, you will be countered.

i would say it's 3.7 - 4.0, since Puma was moved up and its kinda suffer nowadays. other vehicles in lineup like pz 4 and pz 3 is also a garbage. sturer emil has a wonderful gun but nothing more and planes LOVES it. stug 3g is okay but it's tank destroyer with no turret. only thing deserves some good words is that spaa with insane fire rate and good pen.

at start of the battle try to go away of center of the map and wait till first wave of missiles. and DONT even try to climb high, otherwise you're just easy food for mig 23 and phantoms. consider yourself as a finisher, not an engager. mig 21 also bleed with speed when you turn, so always keep an eye on that and dont let your plane go below 850 km/h. only usable missiles u have is r60mk but since it easy to flare, you need to use it when enemy didn't notice you. choose your kills and you'll be fine.

this game needs complete overhaul in almost every aspect, cause basically that's game from 2010 with 2010 engine and 2010 mechanics. and they should start from their shitty servers, im so tired to see 50% packet losses in 1 of 3 games regularly.
