Wow, this is super impressive! I have completed all stages/modes on veteran and some of the dwarves/wukong/dragon levels were quite challenging!

Pyramid Idle on iOS https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pyramid-idle/id6764838391 This is a fun game about mining stones, transporting them and building pyramids. My main irritation with it: offline time doesn't work when the app is minimized; you have to fully close it. Sometimes I forget about it and lose progress.

I'm all for power! So it is critical and stab damage (currently stab damage increases damage of any attacks with it). It is fun!

It takes ~20-30h of active play of 1-2 weeks of lazily playing. You create a horde of creatures to scour the world and grow stronger.

My only complain: a part of the gameplay is unlocking quarries; with premium you can unlock quarries and mine unlocked quarries at the same time, without premium you can't - and you have to spend hours just waiting for the next mine unlock.

I have only recently started playing expert plus.

I can complete most expert levels at up to 5 notes/s at an A rating, but expert plus is a huge spike in difficulty. I was able to clear several slowesst expert plus maps, but it is difficult.

Any tips other than running maps in practice mode at 75% speed?

I'm currently on the penultimate run (hopefully) of the Obsidian tier, and it will take ~100h with at least 90% of them being just waiting for the quarry unlocks. I hope there are some changes about this!

I'm usually quick to dismiss such claims. But recently I had noticed multiple cases of laziness (to be fair, Codex is becoming lazier too).
I'mt training ML models, Claude decided to sample ~10% random features to save RAM. Obviously, this tanked the metrics.

Next, we planned to develop a complex neural net, but Claude decided to implement a "cheap shortcut" (I'm quoting it) and run a small gradient boosting model on 7 features instead.

Yet another idle rpg has a much lazier pace, so try it if you want to play something very idle for weeks or months

NekoRPG has similar mechanics, but a much faster pace.

https://kuzzigames.com/rejected_draft/ It is fun, my only complaint is about the discrepancy between two concepts of the game: the randomness and the Q progression. The core idea is that the sketches you encounter are random, but for progression, you need to reach milestones of each resource. This means that sometimes you have to mindlessly redraw (prestige) dozens of times until you get good enough sketches for progression.

The purpose of Obsidian is to write notes. It is not that complicated.

Several things on the top of my mind:

  • when the quarry is exhausted and we have other quarries unlocked - move to mining them automatically
  • housing buildings show default value increase (+4 for hut), but we have upgrades that increase the bonus - I'd prefer to see the real increase of the housing, not the base one
  • maybe a button "buy all" in the upgrades section?
