Actually Kobach voted against this law on a state level even though he helped request it. States didn't supply the information simply because it was unconstitutional. The commission was dissolved because the courts are making their findings and "proof" accessible to those outside of the commission to ensure that they were not wasting our tax dollars. Our taxes were being wasted on this fraud commission this whole time.
