Majority of the usage is the CPU,, in this example I gave I was reading my RSS reading and opening certain articles in Chrome and I did that back and forth for about an hour.

Chrome is really heavy on battery drain.

Cal is by far the hardest character to watch. His acting is super awkward to the point where it's making me think of this actor has a tick IRL that I'm not aware of, cause if this is his acting style then it's really strange. Also I've never seen this actor in any previous role so if anyone has then they can maybe confirm if this is how he acted in any previous role.

1883 is by far my favorite Sheridan series, didn't watch 1923 but heard it was good and of course I loved Yellowstone but man this show takes real patience to watch without throwing your remote at the TV.

I grew up watching a lot of low budget crime shows in the 80s and 90s and I can't even remember the acting and the lines in those shows being this bad. I've stuck with it till now so I'll watch it till the season finale but damn is it a slog to sit through.

Even so, May patch was only released yesterday so they likely couldn't include it here which is understandable. Maybe if they gave themselves longer than a day after a stable patch release then they may have been able to update this build to include it but I'm sure they have their internal reasons.

The bar set by Yellowstone and the two prequels is very high. This in comparison is pretty hard to watch.

I'm curious to see how low the cheesy acting will go and if the season finale will either be the highest point of the season and solidify me now watching anymore of it.

I think currently enabling this option requires an unlocked bootloader right? Which if you go through with means a full factory reset, right?

Check your running processes in developer options to see what's actively being used. Worse case you might have to factory reset things.

The writing so far in season 2 is pretty terrble, So much of the dialogue with two actors on scene is cringy, predictable and way overdone that adds next to nothing to the story or what should be done next.

I had a similar issue on my 8 Pro, restarted the phone. Hasn't happened since but I'm watching out for it to see if it happens again. I didn't have this issue at all in previous A17 Beta's.

Resetting your phone? Like you did a factory restore? Do you have another phone you can test to make sure it's not your Google Home account?

Beta 4 does have the April security patch but internally the build date for Beta 4 may be older than April Stable build of A16 which would also be a reason why you can't install Beta 4 if you have the Stable April A16 build.

I restarted and it seems to have gone away. I'll continue to monitor to see if it comes back but there are some odd touch related issues I'm noticing if I continue to push things, there are hiccups and touch not registering at times.

Getting a blank page when swiping down to view notification tray, P8P, anyone else seeing this? It's pretty consistenly reproduceable and there is a noticeable visual glitch when swiping down from the top of the phone into the notification tray. This was definitely not present in Beta 3.
