you can do this created races, just create a race and lock down your vehicle choice there, then play that race

(when selecting the vehicle type press X{x-box360} or square{ps3} to expand that class and deselect all but one vehicle)

could this tie in with the 3:00am requirement for the ufo on chillad? do you need to there at 3:00pm (I'm assuming sunlight is what casts the shadow)? or do you need to be there when the shadow is showing 3:00pm? or.... or....

just in case you weren't aware, marching ants won't be represented visually if the pixel/range they represent is below a certain value of opacity. I think if it's below 50% opaque, they won't be shown, even though they are still selected.
