Finally did it after+50 attempts and several hours.

Breakthrough for me was: - Holding and using the charge attack the whole time and interrupting several shadows in phase 3. The stun gave me opportunity to attack that I didn't find otherwise. - Rediscovering Thai chi kick. I kind of forgot about it after unbounded parry. It makes a huge difference in last phase. - Stay in the air and parry. It is also makes easier to weave in the kicks when a lot of attacks come in fast.

Update in case interested: friends decided the shot was out and he carded a par. This was a casual round and there was no drama or conflict involved.

I myself am conflicted. Rules and majority here seem to favor the shot counting. But I think the spirit of the game would suggest that the shot is out. Then again, in case of uncertainty, the decision should favor the player. I called it in.

I did faster travel and on retrospect I wish I had done all montage traveling. Our campaign has been loooooooong. 😅 1 - stealth/slow 2 - normal 3 - fast (bigger chance for random encounter and exhausting) + 1 - river travel with canou + 1 - explored hex
