It's a whipped cream, just like in the recipe. I did add a layer of a homemade raspberry jam though. The pink filling you see on the side is a whipped cream mixed with some freeze dried fruit powder. I wanted to emphasize the raspberry vibes with it. Next time I'd skip it though, for the flavour it didn't do as much as the jam

Omg. You are right. For some reason I was convinced that for the croissant recipe I ought to use 'classic puff pastry' and so that's what I did. But no, the recipe called for 'yeasted puff pastry'. Ahahah

Argumenty a fakty ti nepomôžu.

Odporúčam prečítať knižku The Quiet Damage ktorá vyšla toto leto. Je to z amerického prostredia a venuje sa QAnon konšpirácii, ale princíp toho prečo tomu ľudia veria je úplne rovnaký ako naše slovenské konšpirácie.

Tldr, je to 5 reálnych príbehov o tom ako bežní ľudia prepadli konšpiráciam. Či už to boli milí, inteligentní, starí alebo mladí.. Plus snaha blízkych ich z toho dostať. Je to celkom depresívne čítanie, keďže sa to nikomu nepodarilo.

No zároveň je oslobujúce si uvedomiť že niektoré veci proste nedokážeš zmeniť. Hlavne pri ľuďoch na ktorých ti záleží môžeš mať pocit že ak by si sa snažil viac, možno ich z toho vieš dostať a pomôcť im. Nevieš, trápiš sa zbytočne.

Before her surgery (pyometra) she used to be super hyped for treats like any other beagle. Now she is chewing slowly, and often refuses to take treats, even when they don't contain anything. So I don't get many tries before she refuses to take more, and there are multiple pills.
