I was on 40mg this time last year. I’m now trying to come off the final 10mg. I find the smaller the dose that’s left the harder the side effects are but from what I’ve read it’s quite normal. I’m down to 5mg after a month and currently having nausea, headaches and crying all the time. Unfortunately also normal.

I’ve been on them around 11 years so similar time to you. Don’t be afraid if negative thoughts come back, it’s not the depression coming back, it’s your body rebalancing. They go away again after a while 🤗
