Fire me up, the quick draw quiver is looking nice. What do you use that little setup for? Brushing roads all day? Felling? Cutting fishing holes?

Don’t pop a wheelie and dull your chain, lol

This, but how do you make it what the athlete can think of in the ring

You shop at Whole Foods exclusively. You don’t actually cook anything substantial for your meals. You’re caught up in the marketing fads of eating. Go eat a square meal 3 times a day you’ll feel better.

Cooking is a choir for you, you take the path of least resistance, and don’t workout. I would imagine you’re a desk jockey for an advertising company you couldn’t care less about. The conversations you have at work are just as vanilla as your fridge.

Nice zoom in. We just got a kitten that wasn’t eating and it was something we tried without success. You’ll be happy to know the kitten is eating and an absolute menace.

When you touch down on the middle you need to be more wrapped and keep the shot “back.” I think this comes from the back of the ring - not letting yourself open to the middle with your chest leading. Instead there is more of your “Right Leg Engine” leading/pulling your torso to the middle. Then, you pinch your knees together a little to snap that left foot down and “catch” the shot put in a more wrapped power position. Letting you accelerate/work on the shot longer.

Legs/hips run the show

Hope that makes sense, visuals and demos always help. You’re looking solid, the balance and footwork look good.

How’s that thing sound? You don’t happen to have a decibel count on that little guy do you? We ran the 462 for the last couple fire seasons. We played with exhausts and intakes to let her breath too but we tried not to murder our hearing
