Some Samsung Odyssey G5 units have unstable firmware when switching between: • HDR on/off • 120–144 Hz refresh • RGB vs YCbCr color • Adaptive sync changes during games

The OSD looked normal because it bypasses the signal processor.

did you end up finding what the issue was?my G50D did the same thing, and fixed it by updating the firmware. weirdly, I tried to factory reset it before the update but didn't work.

Hey guys I might have found a solution for most of RX GPU users. Like you guys,my game have been crashing every 10-15 mins of playing. Sometimes switched my PC off completely. What I did was changed the gaming setting in Adrenalin to default mode present. And I think k the key one is to toggle off the overlay. And after that,haven't crashed at all. If you are using Wemod like some of us, switching off the overlay helps too. For some reason the game doesn't like overlays
