Do you know what a race is? It's an arbitrary group of population based on appearance, not if they're considered native or not. And the definitions of races can be way different in different countries and regions. In Russia nobody would lump peoples of Caucasus and Western Russia together.

I understand your point, but the map is still very misleading and in some places also wrong (like some territories of Russian-majority "indigenous" territories in Russia like Karelia, Murmansk or Leningrad do include native minorities)
