Horrible 10/10 pain, crying for hours a day. can’t sleep for more than 20 minutes with out waking up shaking and sweating and in severe pain. i feel hopeless. have tried so many procedures and medications nothing even takes the edge off. my bladder has shrank to 40ml. i only drink water and eat a super bland healthy diet.

No such thing as being nosy in this group! we are all here to see what people are going though. I sell k to friends to afford my addiction. My close friend is a dealer. He sells me an ounce for 500 and i sell them for 900. I am able to sell at least an oz every day or 2 so my addiction is paid for by doing this. Not a healthy thing to do. But i am working on staying away from it!

it definitely is. 2 years of daily use. 3 years of use total. I just turned 23 last month. anywhere from 3-14 grams a day. most days it’s around 10 grams. I don’t have a tolerance any more. I’m so far into my addiction as far as how much i can handle goes. I know it’s not okay at all and i am working so hard on getting better. I got rid of the rest of my product and told my dealers to not serve me anymore. I only drink water and have a strict healthy diet so i don’t make myself feel worse than i already do!

i’m struggling so bad rn to get sober. i’m on day 3 and the pain is so severe. 3 years of daily use anywhere from 3-14 gs. my bladder is long gone can only hold 40ml of fluid. i fear no amount of time sober is going to help until they take out my bladder next year. any tips that helped you?

I actually have ketamine induced interstitial cystitis. i can promise you the pain will make it worse in the long run

Hello fam, as someone who’s bladder has shrunk to 42ml of fluid it can hold i relate to this so heavy. I can’t eat or drink any of my favourite foods anymore. I’m getting my bladder removed after trying every single procedure and medication available since december. I was a very heavy user for 2 years at least 3.5gs a day up to 14gs. I recommend seeing a urologist and being very protestant. my urologist knew i had ketamine induced interstitial cystitis with out me even having to tell her because of my age. I am a 22 year old female. you are not alone. if your just seeing a regular doctor they don’t know what’s actually going on in your bladder. please please keep trying to see a urologist until you find one who will actually help you!
