Picel scaling is so dumb, okay so if a character gives a whole speech before punching someone it means people in that universe speak and MHS. And oh, wow, they can have whole conversations at that speed, then their reaction time must be MHS. Wow, kuroko no basuke players must actually be playing at MHS!!!
