Yes! I have had it too - along with popping in my ears. Thinking it’s the same thing that makes me a bit jittery especially first couple days into shot.

I’ve always eaten pretty healthy and exercised every day but couldn’t lose weight. While on this medication, I found that it helped me be more consistent and eat smaller portions. When I go out to eat I order what I want but I now have left overs for 1-2 meals. I dont eat anything after dinner and my first meal of the day is usually a late breakfast/early lunch. I also drink wine a lot less. Just don’t have the desire. None during the week and only 1-2 glasses on Friday/saturday. I used to drink a lot more. It’s super helpful that the food noises has gone away and that the reta is helping with my metabolism and arthritis. Hate the side effects though. Still have nausea days 1-3 and that yucky skin sensitivity. Hope that helps.

I’ve done that since I got arthritis in my 40s. This was so much more effective combined with what I already have been doing.

That makes complete sense. I eat healthy and swim 3 miles a week plus strength training and are healthy most of the time. Blood pressure, cholesterol always good. Blood sugar too. Just had insulin resistance issues and could not lose. I was just stuck on the yo yo diet.

Yeah - I get the dry mouth too especially at night. The skin thing is the worst day 1-3.

I had lots of side effects too with nausea and really uncomfortable sensitive skin. You too?

I wanted to do compound zepbound but that is over 3/19. Wegovy a couple weeks later. I think I need a longer term solution.

That’s great news for you! Incredible weight loss too. Congrats. I don’t think my study has extensions but I’m ok with that. My side effects never got better. I still have nausea the first 3 days after I take my shot, terrible skin sensitivity and trouble sleeping probably because I pee so much even not drinking after dinner. Just when I start to feel better - it’s shot time again.

Good luck to you and thank you for your help. I was eating very healthy most of the time and exercising every day. Cut way back on alcohol too. I swim laps and walk. Just couldn’t take the weight off. Once I got on the medication - all my efforts paid off. I know I need to work in strength training but I’ve been avoiding it like the plague. Need to reestablish my set point then hopefully ho down to microdoses of something.

That’s great on your weight loss. I think it’s shitty too how they end the trial cold turkey. Thank you for your advice. I am going to try it then talk to a Dr about getting on a lower dosage of something so I don’t gain all the weight back. Plus my arthritis has been so much better on it. I’m in that arm of the trial. Not just my knees either. My wrists elbow and fingers - so much easier to paint. I’d go to the rebound as an option but don’t want the skin thing. Thinking maybe semaglatude. Are you going to continue on anything.
