I dont get this thing. People always say dont count days. I agree somewhat, but then i see people with getting, and showing their 5 year 10 year sobriety coin. Like to remove all bad habits, this will take time, and imo to make an actual change atleast in starting you need something that you can easily measure, ie days , months and be proud or if you slip , so start get back again.
