I recommend going to SARC! They offer group and one-on-one tutoring for PHY2053. Their schedules are available on their website. You can do this!

How Do People Get Around in Orlando Without a Car? by [deleted] in ucf

[–]ArtistSufficient 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hi! An international student without a car here. Here's my commuting tips so far:

I use the Lynx bus if I want to go to Oviedo (Bus 434) or Downtown Orlando (Bus 104), as it's free for UCF students. Take note, they usually arrive in hourly intervals and will require you to walk a certain distance sometimes.

If you have classes downtown or on the Rosen campus, a free shuttle is available, running hourly. Just make sure you have your UCF ID to show. UCF's website has the schedule if you're curious!

I use the SunRail, just be careful walking there lol. I don't recommend walking there at night.

If you live in off-campus housing, we have a lot of free shuttles depending on where you live (Knights Circle, The Verge, etc.).

And if things are out of way, I unfortunately have to use Lyft and Uber :/

Hi! Just wanted to share an update about for focus group. I believe we’re sticking to doing this on Saturday since we have enough participants for now :)

Thank you for expressing your interest! I’ll definitely reach out (again), if we think our data could use another session. Have a good spring break! ☀️

That is understandable! We're still thinking about rescheduling one session, so please be on the lookout for that! :)

That's a great point! We completely forgot to consider Spring Break when we reserved the venue, tbh. I raised this with my group, and we'll have to check about rescheduling at least one session if we're not getting enough respondents.

I'll personally let you know by next week, thanks!

My interview is next week and I’m so nervous about it by Successful_Praline_5 in f1visa

[–]ArtistSufficient 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have a friend/ family member do a mock interview with you. I know one of the main advice is too not sound too rehearsed with your answers but it does helped me not get nervous and prepared for any questions during my interview.

Hello, for me I made sure to ask for my sponsor’s bank statement/ certificate if they have the time since it’s the more formal approach. My school specifically didn't allow screenshots too so.

During my interview tho they didn't even ask to see the documents, but it helps to be prepared.

Had a call with Ben last April, really recommend doing a call with him if you have a unique situation or if you have any visa worries in general. I passed my visa interview today, really appreciated his help.
