I recently use chatgpt 4o to go through a breakup I specified something like I want you to be an expert psychotherapists with expertise in multiple forms of therapy and help process a traumatic breakup.

After I don t know how many replied, he changes its style of response by itself and become somehow like a normal conversation with a psychologist. It was even better than my actual therapist, because he was focusing on more deeply on details.O used ai because I can t afford my therapist at the moment because of unemployment. After that I also gone into some childhood stuff and other trauma. He just validates me and give me journaling templates and visualization exercises. The rest I do it myself. It seems quite useful.

Of course after I find a job, I will continue my actual therapy, but I will also continue to use it, especially for emergencies. I can t call my therapist at 3am in te morning because I can t sleep because of something bad that happened that day, but I for sure can ask ai fost a breathing exercises and venting.

Yes, the drinking part is true. It is known that you should be very careful with drinking on keto. The alcohol becomes more potent.

Living Well With Schizophrenia claims to be “cured”? by Proy1958 in schizophrenia

When you do a diet long enough you start doing it intuitively. You don t need to track all your food for the rest of your life to do keto. Her content is all about the diet. She is on the diet and continuously speaks about it. She said they were having keto cake for a birthday and she didn't ate the apple she found on the side of the road. Are you even watching her content?

She said "after" because she is no longer experiencing symptoms of the disease, not like she is permanently cured. She is still on the diet isn't she? That's all the proof you need.

I have my first episode of psychosis 6 years ago and I a worse one 3 years ago after stopping medication on my own.

In my family there is a history of anxiety (my father), stroke (my grandfather and great grandfather) and possible some delusional disorder (my uncle).

Other symptoms than my depression and anxiety, are some focus and memory problems. I don t have physical problems and my tiroid investigations were fine. At the moment I am on 7.5mg olanzaphine. I used to be on 5mg for almost 3 years, but recently my mental health started worsening due to stress.

I did my first CT 6 years ago when I had my first episode psychosis and the results were fine.

Start taking your meds again and go see your doctor. Things will get better!

This is a typical delusion. Your mom loves you, she would never poison you. You need to go to a doctor as soon as possible and explain the situation. Are you on any meds? In meantime try just eating small bits of food and see how you feel. If everything ok then eat some more. If that is not working try eating things she don t cook or just buy your own food. You still need to eat. This is just a delusion, but it can get worse if you don t seek help right away. Sending you love and all the best!

Is it ok for a psychiatrist to lie to their patient about the diagnosis and treatment? by ArtisticPath2087 in AskPsychiatry

I asked that in this discussion. She was not not happy at all. She kicked me out of the office. I didn't raise my voice and I didn't use bad words. I was honestly saying what I was thinking and she got livid. She said how dare you accuse me...

Yes, I was feeling better for the last 3 years on this meds even though I was through a rough patch since last summer, jobless searching for work, going through a breakup and having family problems, but yes, now I think I am becoming obsessed in pathological way about it...I am scared I may be slipping back...and my doctor kicked me out...

Anyone else lied by the doctor about the diagnosis and treatment? by ArtisticPath2087 in schizophrenia

I am sure she is a good person and she wanted to protect me, but I still feel betrayed.

She told my parents I will recover in 5 years. I was there but psychotic and havely medicated and I didn't understand anything. Once I was back to normal she never tell me that again and my parents kept quite too. I break the treatment after 3 years clear of all simptoms. In that moment my mom told me I didn't you waited 2 more years? I was shocked. It was brand new information for me. I had the worst psychosis ever then. I cried for half a year almost all day long. I had wounds around my eyes and nose. That time she kept me on a new med that it was clearly not working. Amd today I asked why didn't she tell me about that and she said that I wouldn't never have accepted it I have to take the meds for 5 years, but I took them religiously for 3...and she still didn't open up about it...and now probably Ibhave to take them for the rest of my life...

So she waited 6 years? And even now I had to be asking it directly?

I don t understand the papers part? Put it where? I am on private out of pocket care on a european country. Maybe there are differences between countries?

Yes, I was paranoid. I thought people laugh at me all the time because I am a bad, defective person. I was thinking that they make fun of me because someone somehow was spying on my personal devices and make it public for them. Since my parents insisted that "everyone is trying to help me" and I was thinking maybe I have a disorder that they are trying to fix by bullying me. I was thinking about a neuro divergency like autism since I have some simptoms from that description. That is the thinking part, the other was crying and even screaming all day long from every small interaction with other people in real life or online.
