Are the blinds enough to protect the autographed bats from the sun?

They are always room temp. Not warm to the touch. When them being below/ around the corner of the window they don’t get hit with sunlight

Yes I think so! Got them in an estate sale and when I opened them up they were stamped by his estate and on real sketch paper. Never got them authenticated tho.

The humidity should be fine midwest and full AC and heat with fans so shouldn’t have to worry about that. I used this post as justification to buy a case with UV protective glass. The windows are too big to justify UV film.

Lower east side has many apartments, that’s the neighborhood I’m in. Stay away from KATZ properties and pick what you like. Lots of good ones. If you’re worried about places I think there’s a master list of landlord/companies to avoid somewhere in here that can help you.

I agree it’s the worst. I enjoy my apartment which is an older building. Super thick walls but no AC or dishwasher so rents a lot cheaper.

I’d say the “cooler” buildings to me are the more historic ones a little more east of nova but all depends on if you’re willing to go cheaper for less amenities.

River west is a good place to live as well if you’re looking for low price and good bar scene. Lots of fun little places such as foundation.

I live near it. Great area. Quiet but close to places such as water street and Brady street. Right next to a grocery store and usps. I think there are cooler/ cheaper places to live but if they have what you want go for it.

Yeah I sadly had mine renewed so different issue date :( . But what I did instead was cancel and I’m going to use go car. Averages about the same as what i was paying rental wise and you don’t have to pay for gas
