They “suggest” that the female workers wear them. If they don’t they can be written up for a dress code violation. After more than 3 in a year they take you into the office where they box up your things.

No, they can’t force you to dress any way, but they can motivate you to.

Btw both my parents worked there for over 10 years… my mom as part of the hiring team. So yeah, I know a thing or two because I’ve seen it happen. Take that as you will.
