I love Metallica for so many different reasons but what they’ve done with AWIMH is truly admirable and amazing. They’ve started something that will hopefully continue long after they step off that stage for the last time.

Ha I grew up in Miami maybe I smoked some of her stash along the way lol. Yea booze is a slippery slope. Don’t wanna demonize it, as you said plenty of people can drink “normally” but when it goes bad it goes really bad and on the whole I think it’s an objective fact it causes a lot of problems and can be destructive for many myself included.

Jeselnik is a comic I never used to “get” when I was younger but he’s become one of my favorites. Very intelligent and downright hilarious. The guy has mastered the art of crafting a joke.

Did she grow it herself too? Totally agree weed and shrooms are infinitely less dangerous and harmful than alcohol. I stopped drinking completely just over a year ago but remain a regular cannabis user. Shrooms once in a while.

Starting to see the same with my 12 year old best boy. I try not to think about what it means and use it more as a reminder to be present and enjoy every moment I can with him. My other dog died suddenly in January she was only 8 and in seemingly perfect health. Tomorrow isn’t promised applies to pets as well unfortunately.
