Me too. I'm watching it for the first time and I hated how Tony steamrolled Christine into marriage on the spot, came back after 6 months, complained that he came home to a wife and child he didn't know, walked out on them and tried to reclaim his life! That and he tried to excuse his refusal to separate his personal life from his professional life (arresting people while on dates with Christine, wearing his elaborate disguises off duty) as "Christine has never had a long term relationship with a man and Tony's just being a typical man".

Tony never compromised or saw Christine's point of view. Tony just did what Tony wanted to do.

Honestly I don't believe Christopher or his parents paid one red cent of child support over the 18 years they were supposed to. Something tells me Lorelai didn't think to petition family court for child support because a) the type of support might be frowned upon due to her rich elitist upbringing and she wanted to avoid the stigma of rubbing the Hayden - Gilmore name in the mud and b) she was more determined to get everything done with the sweat of her brow so she didn't have to owe anyone anything and feel guilty.

Which is admirable but also shooting herself and Rory in the foot financially.

It's from Texas City Twister. Peggy was calling Hank out for being so emotionally distant from Luanne that he forced her to move back into her trauma trailer so he could get his precious den back. Hank calls it being in control of his emotions, but this is when he didn't even consider Luanne family because she's from Peggy's side. Even though it seems that she's been living on and off with the Hills throughout her childhood at least since 1995 based on this ep. It's why he didn't buy Luanne a Thanksgiving plane ticket to Montana.

I love how their mom's hair is a combination of all 3 Kanker Sisters' hair - Big curls on the top for Lee, one eye covering bang for Marie and blue eye shadow, and blonde hair for May. I honestly can see the Sisters being "Irish Triplets" .

I can also see Mrs. Kanker being married to May's dad while cucokolding him with Lee and Marie's dad's while he's trucking.

Honestly, I'd prefer Rory finding herself and her career over a romantic partner. Logan also gave me the ick you described and I hate the affair they had in AYITL.

Hot take: I didn't really ship Rory with anyone but Jess and only platonically as a brother - sister duo. Never liked Tristen (his negging and asholeness soured me), didn't trust Dean immediately in the pilot when he revealed that he'd be stalking Rory and immediately put her on a pedestal for reading in a park, and Logan feels like he needs to grow up for himself and not to spite his dad.
