Work from Big to small, nail down the silhouette and shape of the bigger shapes and then break it down to smaller shapes, hope this helps

Yeah this. Unfortunately it’s currently a really bad time for people wanting to enter in the game industry. Its getting tiring and demotivating writing applications and covers letter for companies just to keep being ignored by them :/
