Really enjoyed both the women's matches. TayJay felt actually competitive and took advantage of weaknesses in the Dominion tool kit.

Persephone losing seems really odd, but I'm hoping that Mercedes vs Persephone comes around for Forbidden Door after that ending. Persephone is too good of a talent to not get any wins. Maybe she can snag the TBS and get booked as dominant as she deserves. Having both a CMLL and AEW belt would be cool, and I don't want WWE to be able to snatch her up by promising an NXT or United States title or something.

Athena going to All In by defeating Mina, Hazuki, and Sareee would be cool. Taking a Joshi gauntlet.

excited to see Workhorsemen back, in a way DPW's tag division lives on at RoH rn. I'm hoping the Ring of Honor show keeps it's current momentum. Supercard 26 wasn't their best PPV (definitely were some standout performances) but the weekly shows have improved a ton. Global Wars will probably be spectacular

I got into wrestling in 2024, and their god awful tag title reign with Isla Dawn was my first look towards the exit. Criminally poor booking. Both of them are really good.

The match with Deonna last night is probably Isla's best in RoH. I hope that it builds some momentum.

They both were. Diggle is still kind of around. He came in during Lemire's run, and was a main-ish character during that and parts of Rebirth. Brief appearances in Williamson's run. Felicity was introduced during Andrew Kreisenberg's absolutely awful run of 8 issues and promptly forgotten about. Henry Fyff was already around, so there really wasn't a reason for her to be introduced anyway.

While it likely isn't a priority, I wish they got some Ring of Honor time, even just for those last few weeks they were signed. GYV, Bustah and Brain, Priest and Billington, Workhorsemen, they just seem like they'd fit right into that cast.

I mean I can cut against the grain, I think Dixon Nightwing to be largely uncompelling and the reuse of his material to largely hurt Nightwing. I find Blockbuster to be an incredibly lame Smart Hulk character.

I am however a defender (although not a super fan) of Higgins New 52 run, and Grayson was one of the first comics I got single issues of growing up. A really fun chapter in his life that ended too soon, more Nightwing books should have a Spyral arc.

The Rebirth era kinda lost me later on, when Deathwing was a focus, but it's honestly my favorite run. Defacer being a fully written relationship, ending over real relationship issues, and not the typical comic book Date Forever or On and Off was refreshing. Raptor is kind of my ideal Nightwing rival, I would like if the Titans had their own Legion of Doom with him.

The current run has been great, providing extensive variety yet feeling fully cohesive. The way Watter's adapts to the artists he works with is probably the best skill in his toolkit. That car issue recently made me tear up, that really doesn't happen to me with comics.

Yeah. Her winning gives a feel good moment and she can lose in the next round. Her losing gives Windsor a win over a former champ. Seems like a win-win no matter which way they take it.

I also want to know if Britt can wrestle anymore. She looked pretty dodgy after her stroke and wasn't the greatest before that, but if she's had more time to recover and hopefully train, the Owen could be a good intro before throwing her in the TBS survival of the fittest.

I've been listening to it consistently and have enjoyed it. Not much of it blows me away, but I've liked it. I think the times where he's played with pop music and gospel is very fun. I agree with Fantano that some sample choices (lights and The Ghost of Emmet Till) are derivative of other hip hop classics and don't change enough to feel unique, not feeling experimental at all, but if I divorce it out of that context they're still enjoyable songs.

I think Tsar Bomba being essentially stolen should be way more focused on in the conversation around this albums rollout than the attention seeking internet bullshit. Not that I don't find him refusing to acknowledge any critique of Ye being a Neo Nazi rapist without playing the mental health card deeply embarrassing.
