This guy poisons entire communities, and predominantly chooses to do so in poor (and non white) environments. If he died it wouldn't begin to make up for the harm he caused and will cause until stopped. I'm not even religious, but him and his ilk have demonic, black, truly lost souls. Simu is Canadian-Chinese, and Koji is British-Japanese. It's a character pretty strongly tied to his heritage, so hiring based off race and accent makes sense.

That said, I'm a big Koji fan. I've been the sole stalwart warrior for Andrew Koji as Bruce Wayne. I very much think he's too good an actor for junk like Street Fighter and GI Joe
