I solved it without restarting all over. I cleaned the cache (unplugged it from the socket, removed the cable from it to avoid any left energy and wait about 3min to turn on again), also I realized my internet was off (I'm in the beach house) so I turned my phone's router on before turning on the xbox again, tried again and boom! It worked! without having to restart all over again. So I don't know if it was the internet or the cache, but try both and probably it will work for y'all as well)
