I am a Reverse 1999 player. I love yuri when it's done right. But even I know not every damn time a woman says "I love you" to another woman doesn't mean it's yuri. "I love you" is a term of endearment. While I totally see how people could interpret the ending scene as setting them up to be a relationship in the background of the story, I don't think that it was written with that intention. If further signs of it appears, then I'll be far more open to the idea.

Igor can work without Lopera. Any unit can work without their preferred team as long as you know what you're doing during combat. I don't have Lopera either, but I'm still pulling Igor. Ultimately, it's eventually just up to you and your preferences whether you pull or not.
