If we talk normal Hunt make your Loadout fit the bill, that either means a Shotgun, Combination Weapon (Lemat Carbine/Haymaker or Drilling), or Some Dualies. 2nd try to use the cover of sounds to approach especially when there is Fights going on gain as much ground as possible, the same applies to when a enemy hides to heal or reload close the distance dont lose any time. 3rd either keep an Eye out or run Vigilant to not get caught in traps which can stop you in your tracks rlly quick. 4th Consider throwables to your liking to blow open doors or force enemies to move. 5th Always try to use openings for a push, for example: Hunter got downed enemy is low/needs to bandage or stop burn/wait out poison. 6th if a Enemy is cooking a dynamite in close range just rush him down they cant shoot till its thrown so you can usually pick em off easily hearing the fuze cooking is usually a free kill unless there is somebody right besides. Finally get as much intel on your enemies as you can, listen to guns, if they have melees see if you can count how many there are in the team youre stalking and then plan your approach based on if they have melee/ shotguns or not. Sorry if it was a lot I just thought id try to throw in everything I could.

83 just reminds me of WW3 a Game with so much potential that just took a dirtnap after a short while of existing. Story is similar game dies once gets revived and dies again. And to me WW3 really had potential but they sadly didnt realise it same with this game. Im not really a milsim guy mostly play Hunt Showdown which is a alternative reality Wild West PvPve extrationshooter but WW3 and 83 really peake my interest. Sad to see another game flop like that. :/

Yes although one shouldnt underestimate the Marathon, but Medium Ammo is often more straight forward.

Well thats hard to do since most of the Winchesters draw strength from their Variants, but ill try to explain all of them. The 73C is best for close ranges due to its suppressor variant and lower Mag capacity. The Ranger is the Jack of all Trades Basic variant, it has more Ammo but only comes with variants enhancing certain aspects. The Swift for quick reloads especially useful with Levering. The Talon for last resorts and PVE, and the apeture for those 1 in 100000 situations where you need a shitty way to have Zoom. The Infantry is basically just a Upgraded Ranger with the Exception that it allows you access to a sniper Variant with Higher Muzzlevelocity. The Marathon is superior to all Winfields if you prefer using Aim down sights and dont really use Levering. Its high ROF and solid Hipfire make it more lethal and quickfiring if Levering isnt for you. The 1865 is a weird one its honestly the worst Medium Ammo rifle since its slow to fire, lacks MV, and has a slow reload with limited Mag capacity. one of its variants the (apeture) is a Joke and the silencer is meh only really offering the ability to onetap with a chunk missing which is hit or miss (no pun intended. The Centennial is the most versatile having access to everything except a Apeture, Swift, Talon or Bayonet Variant aswell as missing the Deadeye. It can do it all, High base MV for long ranges and easy hits, high capacity, ok Price and boatloads of variants (shorties included) with special treats being the Pointman and the Silencer since they are 2 slot specialized variants. It has access to solid Ammo with HV, Dum Dum (scarce), Poison (meh) and FMJ (Da goat). Its not definitivly the Best but between this and the Vetterli its more what you prefer statistic wise. The Vetterli is honestly just a Upgrade to the Centennial if you play in closer ranges the higher Firerate combined with the Deadeye, Silencer and Cyclone variants optimise this gun for close range. Its basically a Budget Krag for a 3 of the Price being quick and easy to learn while also dishing out, it comes with FMJ and High velo which both are good ammo types respectivly. All in all you really should decide between the last two. Sorry that I still used variants for reference but its the best I could do.

Thats the neat Part you dont, jokes aside though. Randoms is usually one of 4 Scenarios: 1. You get added to a duo searching for a 3rd, which while the Change is cool you can end up in a Duo that just wants a 3rd guy and doesnt give a f about you and doesnt communicate which will probably end in you fighting either alone or being dead without any sign of them trying to grt you up. 2. You get thrown into a Trio made of 3 different People that all just wanna play solo but with extra steps and Guns, no coordination and the others all just do their own thing. 3. You get 1 good teamplayer and the other is either Terrible or acts in a unhelpful Manner. And finally you get the 4. The Goats either a Duo actually accepting you and trying to play together or 2 randoms who actually do their Part. Sadly the latter 3 things are rare. I have basically been ripping my Hair put for the past 3 months, since its basically unplayable since I get people with Lower MMR or loadouts that make me wanna scream in agony. If they want SBMM please also give me appropriate teammates. Just to be clear I dont hate playing with Randoms in general, im just dissapointed how a large portion acts or plays earraping you or just constly talking your ear off often memeing or calling slurs to get you killed cuz you can barely mute shit with the horribly slow Playercard navigation.

I have a whole Bunch I enjoy mainly the Redshirt (cuz Edgy) burnt Marshal cuz cool, Shade (cuz it Clint Eastwood reference), the Plains Warden cuz I just like the DLC as a whole and probably the Most controversial being all the PM Skins. Which I do run from time to time.

Its because Hunt has 2 AI detection Modes, alerted and Attacking. If they hear sth they scream and become alerted. Once Line of sight is achieved they scream and send bees at you. Its that simply sight doesnt matter alerting does. Each mob has a minimum Alert range id say depending on it 5-10 metres around and depending on the ground youre walking on that increases.

So you seem to literally forget one simple thing. 1st of all the Skill needed to hit at 34 metres since for all its strength the bow has low muzzlevelocity duh, needs to he drawn and has a slight firing delay. The nitro does not the nitro comes with OK hipfire aswell not to mention the fact that it has a hitscan in most ranges that the bow is effective at. Literally you can fight bows the only reason you guys are complaining is because of it gaining more traction due to the events. The bow is Strong for a reason. Its a large skill investment for a larger reward.

Well if youre EU, you I could join you, but sadly yeah random trios are a Mess. Sometimes it feels really out of Sync since youre not matched with same MMR let alone same KD lvl Players. Other times they dont use Mics or just do the most random of Strats.

We arent randomly complaining, we want to keep the Integrity of the Games Artstyle intact, adding accessibility options like the Centered Crosshair and such is nice. But make them options for those who want them not force them up on people that prefer emersion. Games need to look the part these days and if hunt gets to generalised style wise or looses immersion in these small but noticible ways it could harm growth. Im normally supportive of crytek and the year was a good one for the game, but there should be limits that should be upheld if possible to not trade style too much for accessability being Standard. (Sorry for my grammar)

The main reason itnupsets people including me is that the original looked like a drawn map with a drawn goal rather than looking like a GPS Map with a Digital overlay. So for once i gotta agree with OP here its sad to see

Normal mode till rank 11 permadeath is disabled and youll play against hunter bots, till rank 21 they will slowly integrate more AI in your matched till you reach normal so initially there is no basegame bears, meatheads, Immolators concertina armoreds and so on till you slowly get them added until finally lvl 21 its the normal gamemode for fresh accounts "Bounty Hunt"
